ISP Launch for Mobile Operator Wind in Italy
Responsible for Functional Requirements for an Internet Service Provider (ISP) project in Italy. The ISP product was linked to a mobile product set (3rd operator in Italy). Had been involved in the commercial negotiations with a leading US Portal partner to add content to the ISP offering and in the creative work with a web agency. Was also in charge of the IT and systems requirements such as billing interfaces, call centre interfaces and ISP registration database. ISP and mobile interactions included SMS messages using Internet, web emails on mobile SMS and mobile account management using internet.

Internet tracking for E-Business start-up Freesbee in Paris
Responsible for Marketing and IT requirements of an Internet tracking project in a start-up in Paris. The purpose of the project was the capture of Internet users profiles for business partners in Retail. Using network data such as visited Web sites and pages keywords and content, customer profile and marketing segments could be created for specific targeted actions. The business clients for this customer data were retail companies and banks.

Datawarehouse project in Indianapolis with Thomson Multi Media

Responsible for Product Architecture, reusable Business Components definition, Data Model integration with Service Components and Business Classes. Role involved Product development support, architectural design and liaison with business and system analysts, and coordination with the international IT groups (Europe, Australia, China).

Datawarehouse project for the Automobile Association
Was a member of a Detica team responsible for creating a data warehouse that provides a single view of the company's customers and enables it to market a range of utility and financial services more effectively. The project involved developing and integrating feeds from over 40 legacy systems and 4 software packages (SAS, Protagona, Trillium, Business Objects). Specific role was in defining the non-functional requirements including performance and resilience issues, and in technical architecture and system analysis.

E-Business for French IT airline supplier SITA
Member of a team responsible for defining the requirements for a web based global B2B order management system, on behalf of SITA, a major IT supplier for airline industry. Assessed Siebel against these requirements. Was also responsible for IT requirements and technical architecture. The project involved international contacts (Geneva, Paris, New York). Received the Siebel Business Analyst certification.

ISP and Portal Project for Centrica
Played an important role in the launch of a B2C internet service. Responsibilities were project definition and supplier selection, definition of functional requirements and management of implementation by an IT supplier. The service was part of a larger offering of an ISP and fixed and mobile services. Also responsible for writing the RFP for network providers, supplier selection and process using gap analysis. Wrote Service Level Agreements for networks, portal content and ISP performance, defined the portal content (news, sport, games, etc…), and additional ISP services such as email and chat. Was involved in implementing the ISP service and call centre facilities (help desk, fault management, ticketing). Managed the interfaces between systems (ISP customer registration, billing, call centre) and maintained an overview of the technical architecture of the system.

CRM architecture for Eurotel – a mobile operator in Eastern Europe
Member of a team formulating an e-CRM strategy for a mobile operator in Eastern Europe. The objective of the project was to deliver a CRM roadmap to provide a high-level architecture and implementation plan, with estimated costs and resources.

CRM architecture for Norwich Union
Was in charge of the Technical Architecture, the Design of the system and the gap analysis between existing architecture and the proposed solution.
